These ongoing weekly or monthly gatherings are designed to create a warm, inviting space to learn new skills, practice seeing and express what is inside you.

Groups are formed and built as desired peer groups (adults or teens). Email us for details on how you can join an existing group or start a new one!

Current sessions: Once / month on SUNDAYS, 10:30am-1:30pm and THURSDAYS 5pm-8pm
